Week of April 30

We are rapidly coming to the end of the school year.  As always during this time of year students begin pushing limits.  Please keep your students in the class rooms.  Absolutely no students need to be allowed to go to the gym, fine arts, shop areas or leave campus early.  No students are allowed to go the parking lot without administrative approval.

The last SAT of the year will be given next Saturday May 5.  Please remember no one is allowed in the building from 7am-2pm on this date.

Mr. Patterson is looking for staff acts for the annual talent show.  C'mon guys show the students how talented or untalented you are!  I believe McKinney and Singletary either raised or lowered the bar (depending on how you look at it) last year.

The Trophy Case

Awesome job to the softball team.  They had another solid year making the playoffs.  Unfortunately they lost a nail biter to end the season.

Shout out to the soccer team and coaches.  After the boys made this year's playoffs we have definitely laid the foundation for future success.

Marquell Hale placed second at this year's state powerlifting meet.  Great job and congratulations to Marquell and the coaches.

We still have several students heading towards regionals and potentially the state meet in track.

Coach Nelson has the baseball team primed for a playoff run.  They begin round 1 next week.  Good luck!
