Mr. Trevino has called a staff meeting for Thursday December 7. There will be one offered before and after school. Plan to attend one.
The 12 Days of Christmas will be starting next week. If a group or organization would like to claim a day to provide treats for the staff please schedule with Mr. Trevino.
I will be doing something new this year. In the past I have created a scavenger hunt. This year will be the Christmas Candy Cane Carnival. It will be occurring throughout the regular school day hours. I have taken the suggestion of teachers around the campus and have purchased nice gifts. It will be well worth your participation. The Carnival begins December 11th.

The Trophy Case
The AVID and ECHS were able to tour McNeese University this week and explore the opportunities they offer.
Shs Culinary Arts and FCCLA students entered the Junior League of Beaumont's Gingerbread House competition. They are featured at this year's Main Street Market in the Beaumont Civic Center. Mackenzie Sears, Junior, won the competition. The gingerbread houses will be sold in a silent auction with the proceeds benefiting Buckner's Children's Village.
