We have had a great beginning week to this school year!
There will be some students having a few schedule changes for a few more days. Do not send students to the counselors's office. Any student scheduling questions/forms should occur during their time (before school, lunch, or after school). After a week most students should know their schedule and the expectations. Please do not let more than one student out at a time. They must have the designated hall pass. Ensure each morning your students are following dress code. Many issues should be able to be handled in the classroom. Class time is valuable. If there are any questionable issues please forward the student to the office and notify Mrs. McDonald. Let's keep the momentum going and remember to be consistent.
I have had several groups asking about meetings. All organizational meetings scheduled to occur during an activity period must be cleared prior to date of meeting with Mrs. Drake. Since announcements are prerecorded please submit any request 24 hours in advance.
Any after school/hour meetings that require A/C beyond the normal day need to be scheduled in advance.
I encourage all staff to contact parents.
